Donation Receipts

Second quarter donation receipts, April – June, were mailed this week. We sincerely thank all those who generously support this Ministry. Our efforts are made possible only through your assistance. As we find in the third chapter of Malachi, “Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith Yahweh of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it,” verse 10. Fall Feasts Approaching

The fall Feasts will soon be upon us. For those new to this faith, Yahweh’s Feast days are critically important. Not only are they commanded and will be observed in the millennial Kingdom, but they also reveal His plan of salvation for mankind. The fall Feasts focus on Yahshua’s Second Coming, the establishment of the Kingdom, and the final judgment of mankind. If you are unable to join us in Holts Summit, we will be broadcasting live during these Feasts (Tabernacles to be limited to high days and weekly Sabbath)

Feast of Trumpets: September 11
Day of Atonement: September 20
Feast of Tabernacles: September 25 – October 1
Last Great Day: October 2

Progress on Activities Building

We continue to make excellent progress on our activities building. This week we had a “work night” with over 30 volunteers. We were able to clean and organize several rooms, including our gym, and begin staining the wood for the bunk beds. In addition, Ryan, Lucas, and James stained the lower level floors in the bathrooms and dorm rooms along with working on the communal kitchen. In addition, Brother Delwin Wilson has begun installing the carpet in the upper level rooms. While we are on schedule to have the facilities completed by Tabernacles, there remains much work to be done. To learn how to help or to see recent photos, please visit our online building donation page.

Feast of Tabernacles Invitation

We warmly invite you to this year’s Feast of Tabernacles in Holts Summit, Missouri. Along with daily worship services and several Bible workshops, we have many activities planned for young and old, including: roller skating, volleyball, bingo, Hebrew dancing, puppet show, bounce house, and more. As for lodging, only electric tent sites remain, as all dorm rooms and RV sites have been reserved. There is also one hotel, America’s Best Value Inn, in Holts Summit, two miles from the Assembly along with several more hotels in Jefferson City (10-15 minutes from YRM). This Feast promises to be a tremendous blessing. Don’t delay, register today. For more information, visit yrm.org/tabernacles-2018.

TEST YOUR TUTELAGE

Paul states that the Messiah is the end, termination, of the Law?

A. True
B. False

While Paul does state that the Messiah is the “end of the law” in Romans 10:4, he is not referring to termination. The Greek word for end is telos and can refer either to a goal or termination point. Strong’s states, “…to set out for a definite point or goal); properly, the point aimed at as a limit, i.e. (by implication) the conclusion of an act or state (termination [literally, figuratively or indefinitely], result [immediate, ultimate or prophetic], purpose); specifically, an impost or levy (as paid).” Since Yahshua stated in Matthew 5:17 that He came not to destroy the law, it would be nonsensical to conclude that He abolished the Law.
